A 17-storey landmark in the heart of Limassol's tourist district. The project involved partial demolition and full renovation of the historic Mairosa building, including a complete refurbishment of the retail frontages at street level.
Completed in 2022, Mandarin Park reinterprets the existing footprint as a contemporary tower while preserving the cultural memory of the original building.
